Cancellations
You must give us at least 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid charges. Less than 48 hours notice will incur the first nights payment as a charge.
Credit Card Surcharge
We charge a 2% fee for taking MasterCard and Visa payments at our motel. This is not for deposits, only payments made at the motel.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Non-Staying Guests
We ask that all non-staying guests leave the property by 10pm and no parties are allowed in our units for the sake of all other guests.
Non-Smoking
There is no smoking in the units, we do provide ashtrays outside of the units for guests to use.
